On the peaceful slopes of the Wye Valley, you would be surprised to find our spotlessly clean dairy. Here, since 1989, using fresh milk from pedigree Jersey cows, Brooke's Farmhouse Dairy Ice Cream is created.

No artificial colouring or preservatives - just rich double cream and best natural flavours blended to produce the unforgettable taste of home made ice cream.

Real natural products from the beautiful Wye Valley - what more could you ask for? Jersey milk is ideal for ice cream making as it is sweet and rich and high in protein and therefore less additional ingredients are required. The milk for our ice cream is made from our grass.
