Brooke’s Dairy rests in the rural heart of the Wye Valley. We are a family business and have been making ice cream and sorbets on our farm for over two generations. We produce artisan ice cream sourcing natural ingredients to compliment the double cream and fresh milk from our pedigree Jersey cows.
We know that Jersey milk makes great ice cream and have recently tried our hand at cheese making with great success and now produce an award winning soft cheese.
