ICE CREAM & SORBETS

Our delicious ice creams and sorbets are all made on our working family farm. Every process from breeding the cows through to milking and then turning the milk into ice cream happens on the farm, there are not many ice cream makers that can claim that!
We produce almost 40 different flavours from our famous Welsh Gold to our tangy Lemon sorbet and because we do all the flavour development ourselves if needed we can work with you to create something bespoke for you.

We don’t use artificial colourings or preservatives, that’s why our ‘Mint Chocolate Chip’ ice cream isn’t green and our ‘Strawberries and Cream’ ice cream isn’t pink! We use rich double cream and the best natural ingredients blended to produce the unforgettable taste of home-made ice cream, like freshly brewed coffee for our ‘Coffee and Cream’ ice cream and juicy raisins mixed in by hand for our ‘Rum & Raisin’ ice cream.

All our products are suitable for vegetarians, we don’t use palm oil, all are gluten free and we don’t use any GM ingredients.

We supply both retail and catering size tubs, for more information and a full list of flavours please download our product list below.

CHEESE

We are new-comers to the world of artisan cheese and are enjoying all the learning and tasting of cheese along the way. Milk from Jersey cows is famed for its golden colour and rich, creamy taste, perfect for luxurious ice cream and now used in our new cheeses.
We now produce three cheeses, all handmade on the farm.

Angiddy is an award winning soft cheese launched in 2017, winning Silver at The Royal Welsh Show and Gold at The World Cheese Awards.
Angiddy is a mould ripened soft cheese, similar in style to a brie or camembert.  The milk we use from our cows not only gives a lovely golden colour, fresh flavour but an addictive tang which is memorable and moreish.

Fedw which is pronounced 'Ved - doo' is really delicious and versatile cheese. A creamy cross between a Feta and Caerphilly cheese that can be used in salads, cooked with, topped on burgers or simply on a cheese biscuit.

Blue Wenallt - Our award winning Blue Wenallt cheese is named after the Little and Great Wenallt Woods that shade the Angiddy river as it runs through our family farm on its way to join the River Wye near Tintern Abbey.
Wenallt translates from Welsh to White Wooded Slope, its fitting that we name our blue cheese 'Blue Wenallt' as in the spring this gorgeous woodland changes colour as it becomes carpeted with bluebells as far as the eye can see.
